چکیده
The aim of this review is to expose different opinions in the literature on influence TH and TSH autonomic vegetative regulation cardiovascular function metabolism marked subclinical hypothyroidism (sHT). Hypothyroidism causes changes hemodynamics lipid metabolism, which are predisposing risk factors for diseases. Subclinical proceeds asymptomatically but there system its regulation, as well a possible need hormonal treatment. Although according sources social age groups studied heterogeneous tests have been used investigate no single model investigation therapeutic behavior, especially sHT, has yet established. Heart rate variability (HRV) determined by balance afferent sympathetic parasympathetic influences cardiac structures can be stratification complications patients with hypothyroidism. Early detection dysfunction treatment may improve overall prognosis quality life sHT limit rates morbidity mortality these patients.

Subclinical Hypothyroidism and Cardiovascular Disease
Subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) is a common disorder that is characterized by elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone levels in conjunction with free thyroxine concentrations within the normal reference range. Thyroid hormones are known to affect the heart and vasculature and, as a result, the impact of SCH on the cardiovascular (CV) system has recently become an important topic of research. Stro...
متن کاملCorrelation Between Subclinical Hypothyroidism and Dyslipidemia
Background & Objective: Thyroid hormones have an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism. Subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH), defined as a mild increase in thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and normal level of thyroxine (T4), could be associated with altered lipid profile. The current study aimed at assessing the association between SCH and ...

Backgrounds: Thyroid hormones play an important physiological role in human metabolism. Erythrocyte abnormalities are frequently associated with thyroid disorder. However, they are rarely investigated and related to the subclinical and primary hypothyroidism in Kashmiri Patients. In this study an attempt was made to study hematological parameters in untreated and treated subclinical hypothyroi...

Subclinical hypothyroidism was detected in 5.7% of 853 patients referred for ambulatory examination to a department in Prague. In patients referred with a mild degree of subclinical hypothyroidism with an evaluated level of thyrotropic hormone in serum (TSH) no significant deviations of serum thyroxine and triiodothyronine (T4 and T3) were found nor different values of the Achilles tendon refle...
